Our story

From a kitchen-table idea to a 45,000-strong remote workforce.

TeleworkHire began in 2021 with a single question: why are thousands of skilled Americans unemployed when thousands of U.S. employers can't fill phones?

Our founders had spent two decades inside call centers — managing them, training them, watching them shutter and lay off entire towns. The pandemic proved that voice work could be done from anywhere, but the platforms connecting agents to employers were stuck in 2008. So we built a better one.

Today, more than 45,000 Americans have started a new remote job through TeleworkHire — single parents in Phoenix, military spouses in Norfolk, retirees in Tampa, recent grads in Cleveland, career switchers in every state in the union. Some run a single 20-hour campaign on the side. Others have built six-figure inside-sales careers from their spare bedroom.

We're proud of every one of them. And we're just getting started.

"I made more in my first year on TeleworkHire than three years waiting tables."

Devon Reyes spent four years bouncing between two restaurant jobs in Phoenix to make rent. He'd never worked in a call center, never sold anything, and didn't think "remote work" was for someone without a degree.

He applied to TeleworkHire on a Wednesday in March 2022. He took the voice screen on Friday. He started his first paid shift the following Tuesday — outbound SDR for a B2B SaaS company at $22 an hour plus commission.

"Eighteen months later I was the top closer on a three-state pod. Now I lead a small team, work entirely from a casita in my backyard, and have benefits — actual benefits — for the first time in my life."

"Finally a remote job that's actually legitimate."

I'd been burned twice by other so-called remote platforms — fake postings, ghost recruiters, scammy training fees. TeleworkHire walked me through the whole thing on the phone, paid for my headset, and I was on the phones doing outbound for a solar company in three days. Pay hits Friday like clockwork.

"Hit my commission tier in week three."

Background: zero call-center experience. They gave me a script, a CRM, and a Senior Agent mentor for the first 30 days. By week three I was clearing my hourly base in commissions alone. By month two I asked for a second campaign and they gave me one.

"They actually called me on day 7."

I applied on a Sunday night, half-skeptical. Got a confirmation email and a text within the hour. Day 7 — to the hour — a real human called me about a roofing-lead outbound role at $20/hr + $60 per qualified set. I started the following Monday. Best decision of 2024.

"I keep my benefits and I work from home."

I left a healthcare-clinic front-desk job because the commute was killing me. TeleworkHire matched me to a healthcare-SaaS inbound support role — W-2, real benefits, $48k starting. Same work I was doing before, but in pajamas and with my daughter home from school in the next room.

"Friday paychecks have never been late."

I've worked four other remote-call-center platforms over the years and every single one had pay issues at some point. TeleworkHire is the only one that's been on time every single Friday for eleven months. The Friday paychecks alone are why I refer everyone I know.

"Real training. Real growth. Real respect."

The Voice & Sales Academy isn't just a video you watch on day one. There's structured coursework, live coaching, and certifications you can actually put on a resume. I came in as tier-1 voice support and within nine months I was a tier-2 escalation lead making 30% more.

"From food-service to six figures."

I waited tables in Phoenix for four years. Applied to TeleworkHire on a whim. Took the voice screen on Friday, started outbound SDR Tuesday at $22/hr. Eighteen months later I lead a team and cleared $112k. I don't know how to explain how much my life has changed.

"Uncapped commission and a CRM that doesn't fight me."

I came from a SaaS BDR role at a company that capped commission at 110% of quota. TeleworkHire matched me to a vendor running uncapped. I haven't looked back. $60k base, $85k OTE, but reality is somewhere closer to $95k after two strong quarters.

"They paid me more for speaking Spanish."

Every other platform I'd worked on, my Spanish was a bonus they expected for free. TeleworkHire literally has a bilingual category with premium pay — $3 to $6 more an hour across every role. I make $26/hr W-2 with benefits doing fintech support. From my apartment in Miami.

"Mi mamá está orgullosa."

I'm a first-gen college student and my mom never thought I could make a real living from home. TeleworkHire put me on a bilingual solar campaign — base plus $30 per set. My best week I cleared $1,400. My mother now tells everyone at church about TeleworkHire.

"Perfect part-time around my kids' school schedule."

I needed something that fit school drop-off and pickup. TeleworkHire matched me to a solar appointment-setting campaign Tuesday–Saturday from 10 to 2. Hourly base plus $25 per set. Three months in I'm averaging $26/hr fully-loaded and home by school's-out every day.

"Overnight roadside dispatch — best night-shift gig I've ever had."

I'm a night owl. Most companies want you on the phones 9-to-5. TeleworkHire matched me to an overnight roadside-dispatch role — Wednesday through Sunday, 10pm to 6am, $24/hr with a 15% night differential. Effectively $27.60. I work alone, my dog sleeps at my feet, I'm done in time for breakfast.
