2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States or its territories to use TeleworkHire’s job-matching platform as an agent.
3. Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
4. Acceptable use
- You will not misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or work eligibility.
- You will not use the service to solicit, spam, or harass other users or employers.
- You will comply with all federal and state laws applicable to telemarketing, including TCPA, state DNC, and recorded-line consent rules.
5. Fees
Use of TeleworkHire is free for job seekers. Employers pay fees as described on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, with 30 days’ notice for active accounts.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate any account for breach of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is.” We make no warranty that any particular role will be available or that you will be matched. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the prior 12 months.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
