Welcome to TeleworkHire. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and services offered by TeleworkHire, Inc. (“TeleworkHire,” “we,” “us”).

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States or its territories to use TeleworkHire’s job-matching platform as an agent.

3. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

4. Acceptable use

• You will not misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or work eligibility.
• You will not use the service to solicit, spam, or harass other users or employers.
• You will comply with all federal and state laws applicable to telemarketing, including TCPA, state DNC, and recorded-line consent rules.

5. Fees

Use of TeleworkHire is free for job seekers. Employers pay fees as described on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, with 30 days’ notice for active accounts.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account for breach of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” We make no warranty that any particular role will be available or that you will be matched. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the prior 12 months.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice describes how TeleworkHire, Inc. (“TeleworkHire”) collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you use our websites and services.

1. Information we collect

• Contact info: Name, email, mobile phone, home address.
• Employment info: Work history, skills, schedule, equipment, role preferences.
• Account info: Login credentials, profile details, communications with us.

• To match you with appropriate job opportunities.
• To verify state-by-state hiring eligibility (we use your home address for this).

We share your information with potential employers only after you affirmatively accept a specific opportunity. We do not sell personal information. We use trusted service providers (payroll, hosting, customer support) under written confidentiality agreements.

You may access, correct, delete, or export your personal information at any time. Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and other states with applicable privacy laws have additional rights under those laws.

TeleworkHire’s platform is SOC 2 Type II audited. Your information is encrypted in transit and at rest.
