Start work as soon as you're ready

Once the employer's good and you're ready, you start — usually within 2–3 business days. Most agents on TeleworkHire log their first paid shift within 11 days of applying, and direct deposit lands every Friday from there.

Is there really no application fee?
Yes — applying is and will always be 100% free for job seekers. We make our money from employers when they hire someone. You'll never pay a cent to TeleworkHire.
Will you actually call me within 7 days?
Yes — and we'll text or email you the same day with a confirmation that your application was received. If by day 7 you haven't heard from us with a real opportunity, give us a call at +1 (855) 735-5274 — we'll fix it.
Why do you need my home address?
Two reasons: (1) U.S. employment law is state-by-state — your address tells us which roles we can legally place you in. (2) If you qualify for a free headset or webcam, we need a shipping address. We never share your home address with an employer until you accept a specific role.
I have no call-center experience. Can I still apply?
Absolutely. Many of our agents started with zero experience — service-industry, retail, gig work, or first-time job seekers. Our Voice & Sales Academy provides free training, and entry-level outbound and lead-qualification roles are a great on-ramp.
How fast can I really start working?
Median time from application to first paid shift is 11 days. Some agents start within 4–5 days; complex licensed roles (Series 6, NMLS) take 30–60. Most everyone is working — and getting Friday paychecks — inside of two weeks.
What if I don't like the role you match me to?
No problem at all. You can decline any opportunity, and we'll keep matching you to other roles at no cost. There's no obligation, no penalty, and your profile stays active.
Where do you operate?
All 50 U.S. states, plus Puerto Rico and Guam. All roles are fully remote. You'll work from home, your apartment, your RV — wherever you have Wi-Fi and a quiet space.
